All Cellular Optics accounts are either pre-paid for 30 days or 12 months. We accept payment via most credit cards, and you can cancel anytime before your renewal date. Our minimum spend per month converts to a set number of diagnostic tests. If you require additional tests during any month, you can “top off” your monthly amount at your per diagnostic cost. Any unused diagnostic licenses roll over to the next period as long as you keep your account active.

We can get you up and running within 24 hours of you signing up, selecting a plan and reviewing all relevant paperwork. As long as you have the required hardware, you can start testing right away. Here is a list of basic hardware required.

Unfortunately, our software is proprietary and each diagnostic test incurs a cost that must be pre-paid. However, we do not force our clients to sign annual contracts so if we are not a good fit, you can cancel at any time.

Absolutely! You can upgrade your plan at any time by logging into your dashboard and selecting a new plan that better fits your workload.

Since our software is a proprietary diagnostic tool, we require certain legal documents to be signed and reviewed prior to fully onboarding a client. The good news is once we get that out of the way, we can have you up and running in no time!
